The Power of Mind over Body | Lecture One
In The Power of Mind over Body, unpack the science behind the brain-body connection and explore the cutting-edge therapies that claim to reduce pain, slow disease, and eliminate fatigue, not via pharmaceutical or surgical intervention but simply by targeting how a person thinks and feels. Your expert is Jo Marchant, an award-winning science journalist and speaker who has spent her career studying the brain and the role it plays in physical health. With her background in genetics and medical microbiology, she has taken a topic as complicated as the human brain and designed 12 clear, concise, and informative lectures that will change the way you think about disease; your body; and, more generally, about physical health.

Shut up dude. The number c = distance = Sun’s radius, and in meters = 299792458 meters had been known for thousands before western clergy called enlightened, classical, modern, prestigious, and Nobel claimed it as light constant speed c = 299582458 meters/second. The Phoenicians were the first civilization that derived c = distance = Sun’s radius and in meters = 299792458 meters. The Phoenicians reasoning. Earth’s axial rotation alters the observer visual observations from a circular motion visual line-of-sight = (2 π) to a sinusoidal wave motion visual line-of-sight = (7.640395578). Enlightened, Classical, Imperial, Prestigious, Modern, and Nobel Astronomers and Physicists accounted for the observer’s circular motion = Earth’s axial rotation (circle 2 π) & missed the observer’s fixed scopes circular motion line-of-sight altered by Earth’s rotation to a wave visual line-of-sight (wave 7.640395578). Earth’s equatorial radius = r = 6378137 meters They measured c = sun’s radius using degrees or the angle that defines the observable ecliptic plane (wave 7.640395578) x c x (1 + 1day/1 year) = (2π or 360 degrees) x r x air index of refraction. The air index of refraction was later corrected =1.000293833 The Phoenicians defined (Wave) x c = (circle) x R c/r = 2E = 2 x ecliptic angle The 6th century Phoenician definition of the Sun’s radius in meters amount to: c = [360° degrees x 6378137 meters/7.640395578] x (1.000293833/1.002737803) meters 1.002737803 = (1 + 1day/1 year) They also defined the ecliptic plane in later years. Earth’s Ecliptic Plane Angle E: 2Sine-1 [(7.640395578) / (2 π + 7.640395578)] = 66.56093188° E = [90° - 2 Sine-1 (7.640395578) / (2 π + 7.640395578)] E = 90° - (66.56093188°) E = 23.43906812° And defined c again A = c/r (Sine A/A) = Earth’s axial rotation speed/Earth’s orbital speed. Also, they defined visual c and actual c Visual c = sun’s radius = modern sun’s radius Actual c = Sun’s radius Sun's visual radius = [(Sun’s actual radius c) /tangent Ecliptic angle] x [1 + (1day/1year)] ² All Phoenicians achievements were gone in 551 Earthquake that ended the Phoenician civilization in the city of Beirut. Also, they produced the solar system not as the western theology of “Heavenly bodies” or planets moving around the Sun but as the altered visual of the rotating observer.

Feast your eyes on the map at 5:39! I have seen many photos from Istanbul, in history books, even 'guidebooks', that mislabeled Hagia Sophia (showing the photo of Süleymaniye or the Blue Mosque), photos that 'reconstructed' artist's visions of Hagia Sophia with Ottoman 'türbes' in front. But this seriously messed-up map tops them all in ignorance and stupidity. The 'mapmaker' juxtaposed the tiny peninsula that included the Roman Constantinople on top of much of Rumeli. And this is from a course offered by 'The Great Courses'! I also know of a National Geographic guidebook about Istanbul with mistakes that any Turkish teacher could have corrected. Apparently, many of these 'historians' and 'guides' swear never to let a historian (of whatever ethnicity) from Turkey fact-check their 'works'... Keep up the good work, idiots!

There are still Companions or Journeymen who belong to a closed guild, work and associate mainly with other journeymen (and now journeywomen) and even sleep and eat in specific journeymen lodges. They do have their own rituals, but overall, they are the true Craftsmen of the Middle Ages and the Freemasons are the posh leftovers of the Knights Templar.

Anywhere the Romans went, they destroyed heritage sites and built their own structures on top of. When the druids fomented rebellion amongst the Gauls, Caesar burned their sacred groves- millennia of history: *gone* . When Germanicus ‘avenged’ the defeat at teutoburg forest, he made thousands homeless by destroying every village they came across. Rome was no Babylon, they didn’t build great arcologies or spread culture through trade. All roads lead to Rome because that’s all they cared about.

The atrocities of human enslavement and Jim Crow/Segregation will always be those two sins that are the foundation of all racism, bigotry, hate, fear, ignorance, stereotyping and prejudice and white supremacy in America. Those atrocities continue to haunt and destroy America's efforts to ever live up to its principles to the present day. They (white supremacists and racists in particular) refuse to teach the truth about America's shameful history in schools for future generations to learn from it, denouncing that ugly mindset, culture and behavior and become the society that could live up to those principles.

Suspect someone couldn't name more than a half dozen US states, let alone identify when the US was established, despite many a UK an US primary school attempting to pass the knowledge on. As do numerous forums, videos, and web sites. 😢

Romans were the OG colonizers so you know they didn’t give a hoot about the locals, they settled Roman citizens on frontiers and declared it Roman territory. Same thing with Hispania, literal centuries of Roman ‘civilizing’ and yet they had no indigenous writing system because they considered the locals as pests to drive out
